Return terms
In accordance with the Law of India “On Consumer Protection”, you have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the day of sale.
Conditions for return
The product is subject to return or exchange only if:
- It has not been used and has no signs of use.
- Its presentation and consumer properties have been preserved.
- All seals, labels and original packaging have been preserved.
- Available payment document (check or invoice).
Please note: According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of India No. 172, medicines, hygiene items and some categories of health products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. We recommend that you carefully check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt.
Return procedure
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team by phone or via messengers.
- Send a photo of the product and a copy of the receipt.
- Send the goods via the Nova Poshta delivery service (the address will be provided by the manager).
The buyer pays for the delivery of goods of proper quality. In case of a defect, the delivery is paid by Nutra Tricks.
Refund
After receiving and checking the goods by our team, the funds will be returned to your bank card within 3-7 business days.
